Palletizers

When the sacks have been filled with your product, we stack them on a pallet. This usually happens mechanically. The machine that performs this work is called a ‘palletizer’. There are several options. Which machine is the best solution for your product?
A pallet can hold 50 to 60 sacks on average. When the sacks all have the same size and content we usually opt for a conventional machine. The conventional palletizer pushes the sacks against each other. This machine works fast and stacks layer after layer.
When sizes and/or volume differ per sack, a conventional palletizer machine is not efficient. It is better to use a gripper so you can pick up each sack separately and put it in the right place. It is not only flexible but also space saving.
